Conconully is located 17 miles north of Okanogan, WA. Okanogan is located off of Highway 97, 90 miles north of Wenatchee, WA and 45 miles south of the Canadian border at Osoyoos. The highways connecting Conconully with the outside world are wide, smooth and well maintained during all seasons.
